Tasting
Bright ruby red color with garnet hues, the nose is sweet and fruity, the taste
it is warm and balanced. Long and supported by a nice acidity, yielding tannins, excellent structure. The hints of fresh red fruit combine
perfectly with the more complex notes of licorice and tobacco.
Pairings
It goes wonderfully with elaborate dishes based on meat or game. Exceptional with aged cheeses.
