We gave value to the uses of an ancient tradition that was awaiting the time of it's rebirth
Our cellar, with a capacity of 12 thousand hectoliters, is located in the basement and carries out the function of winemaking and storage of the finished product.
Fermentation takes place in innovative stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature and equipped with an automatic marc expulsion system without the need for the operator to enter the tanks.
