Maceration of the skins for about 10 days. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of
about 29°C.
Refinement
Aging in steel.
Tasting
Poured into the glass, it shines with a clear, crystalline ruby. At the same time a bouquet
of berries combined with a sober touch of chocolate unfolds on the nose.
On the palate it is sober and unpretentious, triumphing in the finish with its typical note
of bitter almond.
Pairings
A solid wine for everyday use for informal pleasure, which particularly refines light dishes, fine
cheeses and tasty cured meats.
