With this wine the Gasparri Family pays a tribute to the Great-grandfather Isaia
who gave life to the company in 1921. Isaia is a red of great fabric and high quality
that is positioned among the best “Supertuscan” produced in Tuscany.
Son of all that good can create the meeting between a Great Cellar and the
Typical  Territory Tuscan, Isaia is produced by blending vinification,
and after two years of aging in  bottle is a powerful, expressive and refined wine.

Vinification
Pressing of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature, maceration for 9-12
days in steel.

Refinement
Aging in concrete tanks, then passage for two years in the bottle.

Tasting
The olfactory profile is broad, articulated and complex, rich in all varieties of berries, cherries, blackberries
and toasted almonds. The taste is an explosion of flavors, juicy and very persistent, with mineral nuances
in the finish.

Pairings
It goes well with refined main courses based on red meats, stewed game and hard cheeses.
