Santa Lucia red and white wine vinegars are aged in oak barrels, with an acidity of about 7.5%,
they are perfect condiments for salads and fresh dishes, dal sour and sparkling taste. They find
an indicated use in the preparation of dishes, particularly in vinaigrettes, in the marinating process
and also as a condiment of fish.
