Vinification
The Merlot grapes are subjected to drying on the vine, then joined in steel tanks of Sangiovese wine,
fermented for at least 40 days, for a second fermentation. The wine thus obtained will continue in
the winemaking process with the refinement.
Refinement
After the second fermentation, the wine ages in steel tanks for at least three months.
Tasting
Intense ruby in color, it unleashes an elegant bouquet of ripe fruit and floral notes on the nose.
On the palate it is round, soft and structured, surprisingly harmonious.
Pairings
It is ideal in the company of red meats, cheeses and first courses of Mediterranean cuisine
