Aging in cement tanks, then passage in barriques for about six months

Ample bouquet rich in noble tannins, dark ruby red color and full, austere and elegant flavor
with evident notes of small berries and with an excellent final gustatory persistence.
Pairings
Particularly appreciated as a meditation wine, it also goes well with game dishes,
fine meats and cheeses.
